Anatomical knowledge and an understanding of skeletal variation are tools to elevate your skill and confidence as a yoga instructor, In addition to this valuable information that may radically transform your asana teaching, you will learn the art of Yin Yoga and become a certified Yin Yoga Instructor. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine which beautifully complements the more yang style endeavors and practices we do and teach. All that AND the added benefits of a personal re-set for YOU of daily Yin practices. Whether you come for your credentials or you come for yourself, you will leave satisfied.

Hours can be used towards a 300 hour certificate through Hot Asana Yoga University or towards Yoga Alliance continuing education requirements.
